COMMON AREAS
All areas of the hotel are aired often during the day. The cleaning steps are repeated several times with particular attention to the points of greatest passage and contact (push button handles etc.). Safety signs are displayed for guest’s protection. Sanitizing gels are placed at the meeting points of the hotel.
RECEPTION
Our front office staff will welcome the guest warmly, be equipped with protective devices. A protective plexiglass has been installed at the reception. Safety distance is marked to ensure an easy check-in and check-out.
ROOMS
The room will be scrupulously sanitized before your arrival and this cycle will be repeated during yourstay and at every departure. The hotel has a new contactless system for opening the rooms. The cleaning set (cloths and wipes) is for single use or previously treated with products tested and registered by the Ministry of Health as medical surgical devices. During the guest’s stay, a careful cleaning service is guaranteed by strict rules to make your holiday completely safe.
RESTAURANT
At the entrance it is mandatory to sanitize your hands and to respect the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter between one person and another. We will use our best attention for the sanitization of equipment and environment for the safety of the guests and the staff. Waiters and kitchen staff will always have individual protective devices. The tables were adequately spaced. Our à la carte menu is also available in digital version, downloadable with Qr Code. Breakfast will be served at the buffet, protected with special panels, with the support of our staff. Hot drinks are served directly to the table. You will find the same quality and variety of products.
ELEVATOR
When using lift, interpersonal distance must always be respected. It is always required to wear the mask, sanitize your hands and use the lift alone or with your family. The distance can be waived in case of people of the same family or people sharing the same room. In front of the lift you will find sanitizing hand gel dispensers, however the elevator buttons will be cleaned really frequently.
POOL
You will have free access to our swimming pool, maintaining adequate social distancing. The swimming pool is a safe place thanks to the presence of chlorine. Ourstaff take care of the water quality control and sanitation of the sun beds. It is important to respect the safety distances both in the water and by the pool. The sunbeds will be arranged with the right distance. Please use them for the time necessary to relax and avoid to leave your sheet occupying the position when you are not present.
PARKING AREA
We remind you that only the owner can move the car for hygienic reasons.
OASI DEL BENESSERE
Adequate sanitation and reservation for the exclusive use of our spa with panoramic views. Operators will always wear personal protective equipment necessary for the proper performance of their work. Hydromassage, steam bath and Finnish sauna will be sanitized according to the currentsanitization protocol.
FITNESS ROOM
On the top floor of the hotel, overlooking the sea, sanitized daily. Sanitizing spray is available for guests, to be used after training.
BEACH
Our partner beach will welcome you with a space of 20 square meters for each umbrellas while sunbeds will be positioned 1.5 mt apart.
